Cheap Home Inspections by cheap home inspectors are very easy to find.  All one has to do is pick up the phone and make a few calls. When you get a beep, bong beep tone followed by "the number you are calling is disconnected or unassigned you found the cheap home inspector (but too late).

What does the above tell you? That finding the Cheap Home Inspection and Cheap Home Inspector is also taking the very real chance that when you have a problem or a question you will find the inspector is gone with the wind.

A very little known fact is the day a home inspector gives up performing home inspections and writes a letter to the state indicating he is out of business there may be no legal requirement for him or her to keep their insurance in place. The type insurance most home inspectors have provides NO COVERAGE at all for any prior acts the very day the home inspector stops paying for the policy. Thus even if a company has been in business for 20 years the very day they stop paying a premium is the very day 20 years worth of clients have NO insurance protection at all.

Thus home buyers who get the bright idea from realtors to hire a "Cheap Home Inspector" and save the money because if anything goes wrong they have insurance are finding out that is not at all true. Worse yet buyers soon find out the realtor has no or limited liability and the home buyer is stuck for all the expenses.

Home buyers must find the most qualified home inspector they can. Qualified and experienced home inspectors are not the same as cheap home inspectors because the best always costs a little more. However what you get in return is quality service and the ability to sleep better at night.

I realize my clients are spending their life savings on a home and I know they deserve the best home inspection. Will you be able to afford to find the defects the less experienced home inspector missed?

By hiring an experienced home inspector who has your best interest solely in mind, my clients are better able to judge the strengths and weaknesses of the home in which they are under contract to buy and help avoid home buyer's remorse.  I will inspect the structure, exterior, bathroom,  drainage, grounds, roof, plumbing, water heater, electric, heating, thermostats, ac, interior and fireplace. I  will provide home maintenance suggestions and safety tips.

MONEY
Let's put things in perspective: If you're buying a $350,000 home and the inspection fee is $600, that's .172% of the cost of the home!  The cost of a home inspection is a bargain! If the inspection turns up little wrong with the home (few do), you've bought some relatively inexpensive peace of mind.   If the inspection finds serious problems (most do), then the few hundred dollars you invest in our home inspection could end up saving you many thousands of dollars.

Let's state the fact's. No matter what you are paying for your home it's your hard earned money. Would you trust a $200.00 inspection on that home? Experience and professionalism cost money. To run a business you have to make a profit. In order to make a profit you have to charge a decent price. I am not the cheap inspector. But at the end of the day I can assure you I will be here for you when you need me. I have seen inspectors come and go through the years. The one's that are long gone are the cheap inspectors. The old story goes that you get what you pay for. If it appears to be too cheap it is. That goes for a good home inspection as well.
Those are the true facts.
